Check-in and check-out:
-Check-in is at 3 pm on the day your reservation beings.
-Check-out is at 11 am on the day your reservation ends.

Parking:
-You must only park in the driveway and not on the street.

Property access:
-You are provided an access code to open the front door lock.

Cleanliness:
-You are expected to clean up after yourself and to keep the space clean.

Damage:
-If something breaks, please contact me before checking out. I understand accidents happen.
-In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.

Pets:
-Pets are allowed on the property but the host must be notified before check-in.

Smoking:
-No smoking on the property.

Parties and events:
-No parties or events are allowed.
-Small gatherings are allowed but must comply with the noise rules.

Visitors:
-A maximum of four visitors is allowed during the day.
-It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules.

Noise and neighborhood
-Refrain from making loud noises during the hours of 11 pm to 8 am
-If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Security:
-Please lock the door after you leave and once you return home.
-In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests.

Appliances:
-Please double-check that you have switched off all the lights or other electrical devices (including the air conditioning) before you go out.

Garbage and recycling, etc.:
-Please put your garbage into trash bags and take it out to the garbage cans located in the car port. Do not leave trash outside of the trash bins.
-We ask that our guests be so kind as to dispose of food in the available garbage bag and then into the bin. Please do not throw loose food in the outside bins.

Etc.:
-Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.
-If anything in our House Rules is unclear, please contact us.
-We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
-If evidence of a party or smoking in the cabin is found, a minimum charge of $1,000 will be assessed up to the actual cost of additional cleaning and/or damage.
